Back to blog, back to blog

To prove to dad I'm not a...frog....

As you can see, I took a bit of an extended spring/summer vacation from blogging.  Spring in Ohio was pretty glorious, or maybe it just seemed that way because of the winter we had.  Summer has been sort of all over the place, but that's usually how it is.  I'm back, the wheels are turning, and I have lots of things in the works!

Things I am working on:

- Cleaning up my sewing/crafting space.  This is an ongoing, never-ending project.  I have it *almost* the way I want it.  I changed a few things around, weeded some things out to give away, and got myself a new, big, lovely bookshelf for additional storage.  Things are looking up!

- 2 sets of cloth napkins for my mom's birthday.  They will match the 2 sets of place mats I made for her last year.  She does love a pretty table!  Also, she still has no access to the inter-webs, so I can still safely write about this project without spoiling the surprise.

- Pillow cases for Con-Kerr Cancer.  This is for Craft Hope's project #9, which will get it's very own blog post shortly.  My goal right now is to make 2.

- List more items in my Etsy shop.  I have a lot of vintage goodies waiting!  More stationery and sewing patterns, but also vintage knitting and crochet books, accessories, etc.

That's where I am now.  I have a lot of ideas written down in my little Liberty of London notebook (how awesome was all of the Liberty stuff they were carrying at Target this spring?).  Do you keep a notebook?  I have 2 in my purse.  I have to write everything down or else I'll forget.  Anyway, I ramble.  I never know how to end my blog entries, which is just one more thing to add to the list of things I need to work on.  **jazz hands**  Buh-bye.
